I have yet to publish my first substack essay BUT I can say that I really resonate but on the other side. You and other substackers have given me back my enthusiasm and inspiration! I wake up excited about my day and all that I can experience!
i relate so much!!! i mean, i was far more of a baby while working in restaurants lol which is why i started doing hospitality for events. but substack truly made me want to be good at something. i didn’t realise how low my self-esteem was before i joined - i also came here on a whim because i saw someone i know posted here. and now i can’t stop writing and it feels so incredible. i’m excited to see what’s to come! and i love, love, love your writing
